Our history, our flavors

Pizza

The famous "platypsomo", one of the most popular dishes in Italy, made of thin dough, fresh tomato and herbs.

It became known by the baker Raffaele Esposito in Naples, during a visit of Queen Margherita in 1889, who to thank her for choosing him, presented her with three dishes, resulting in her going crazy with the third dish.

So in her honor he named it Margherita, the dish that in the process increased sales to the heights and took off in the rest of the world where it remains one of the most delicious and beloved dishes of young and old

Tiramisu

The most popular dessert in all of Italy, originating in Veneto.

A dessert based on savoyard biscuits, flavored with freshly ground espresso coffee and fluffy mascarpone cream.

Its name came from a combination of two Italian words, tirarsi and su, meaning nothing more than "lift me up" and wanting to indicate its uplifting taste with the intoxicating aroma of coffee

When we talk about pasta, we mean the traditional Italian noodles, made from dough, wheat, water and eggs, which were introduced to Italy by Marco Polo in the 13th century.

During the late 19th century, a large group of immigrants moved from Italy to America, pasta became the "common food" of everyone in the USA.
